About Us - Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: Does ANTENK support small-batch prototyping?

Yes. ANTENK has a complete process from mold development through small-batch trial production, allowing prototypes to be validated against customer drawings or samples before moving into mass production.

Q2: How long does it typically take to customize a connector or wire harness?

Timelines depend on product complexity, whether a new mold is required, and testing requirements. The process generally includes requirements confirmation, engineering evaluation, mold development, sample production, and test validation. We recommend sharing drawings or specifications so our engineering team can provide a specific timeline.

Q3: Can ANTENK supply products that meet automotive industry standards?

Yes. The company is certified to IATF 16949:2016, and has the capability to supply connectors and wire harnesses for automotive and new energy customers.

Q4: Can I purchase connectors only, without wire harness assembly services?

Yes. Customers can purchase standard or custom connectors on their own, or opt for a full solution combining connectors, wire harnesses, and cable assemblies - the combination can be tailored to project needs.

Q5: Do ANTENK's products meet environmental and hazardous substance requirements?

Yes. Our products comply with RoHS, REACH, and other relevant requirements, and the company is certified to QC080000 for hazardous substance process management.

Q6: How do I get a quote?

Share product drawings, samples, technical specifications, or an application description, and our engineering team will provide a quote and lead time estimate after review.
