Connectors + Wire Harnesses + Cable Assemblies

From a single connector to a complete interconnect solution

Beyond standalone connectors, ANTENK combines connectors with wires, terminals, and other components to deliver complete wire harness and cable assembly solutions.

Our manufacturing capability spans: Connectors → terminals → molds → injection molding → assembly → wire harnesses → cable assemblies → testing

For customers who need multiple interconnect products, sourcing from a single supplier reduces supplier-management costs and improves communication efficiency throughout development and mass production.

Customization Capabilities

Built to your drawings, samples, and specifications

Every piece of equipment has different requirements for connectors and wire harnesses. Installation space, pin count, connection method, wire specifications, cable length, terminal type, and overall structure often need to be tailored to the end device.

ANTENK develops and customizes products based on customer-supplied drawings, samples, technical specifications, and application requirements.

Customization services include:

  • Connector structural design
  • Pin count customization
  • Terminal customization
  • Custom plastic housings
  • Mold development
  • Wire specification customization
  • Cable length customization
  • Connector-to-wire assembly
  • Custom OBD cables
  • Custom automotive harnesses
  • Custom industrial equipment harnesses
  • Custom power harnesses
  • Custom cable assemblies
  • Custom labeling and identification
  • Custom packaging

Typical Customization Workflow

  1. Customer provides drawings, samples, or technical specifications
  2. Engineering team conducts a feasibility review and proposes an initial solution
  3. Once the structure and materials are confirmed, molds are built or existing molds adjusted
  4. First-article samples are produced and submitted for customer approval
  5. After test validation, the product moves into small-batch trial production
  6. Once trial production passes, the product enters full-scale mass production

OEM / ODM Project Support

End-to-end support, from product development to mass production

For OEM and ODM projects, ANTENK's engineering team can get involved as early as the initial development stage. Our goal isn't just to manufacture the product - it's to make sure it can move into stable, reliable mass production.

Stage

Description

01 | Requirements Confirmation

Understand the product's intended use, operating environment, and technical requirements

02 | Engineering Evaluation

Assess structure, materials, terminals, wiring, and manufacturing feasibility

03 | Mold Development

Develop precision molds based on the product design

04 | Sample Production

Produce prototypes and validate dimensions and performance

05 | Test Validation

Conduct testing based on product and customer requirements

06 | Mass Production Launch

Finalize the production process and begin mass production

07 | Ongoing Supply

Support long-term supply through stable production and quality management

Throughout a project, customers typically have a dedicated engineering and business point of contact to track prototyping progress, test results, and production scheduling.
