From molds to finished products - core processes kept in-house
ANTENK has built a complete, tightly integrated connector and wire harness production system.

Mold Development
With 18+ precision mold-processing machines and an extensive library of connector plastic molds (380+ sets) and metal terminal molds (280+ sets), ANTENK supports connector structural design, precision mold manufacturing, mold modification, and maintenance of production molds. A standardized process - from project kickoff through mold acceptance - shortens the time needed to bring new products to market.

Precision Stamping
Nine high-speed precision stamping presses produce connector terminals and precision metal components. Tight control over terminal dimensions, forming accuracy, and batch-to-batch consistency, backed by a regular mold maintenance schedule, keeps dimensions stable throughout long production runs.

Injection Molding
Ten injection molding machines, ranging from 35 to 120 tons, produce connector housings and precision plastic components. Process parameters can be adjusted to meet customer requirements for material, color, and temperature rating.

Automated Assembly
More than 180 automated assembly machines improve production efficiency, product consistency, and volume capacity, while reducing the quality variation that comes with manual assembly - well suited to large, stable-delivery orders.

Wire Harnesses and Cable Assemblies
ANTENK assembles connectors with wires and cables to produce harnesses and cable assemblies in customer-specified configurations, lengths, terminals, and connector combinations, covering automotive harnesses, industrial equipment harnesses, power harnesses, and signal/communication harnesses.

Product Testing
Forty-plus pieces of lab and testing equipment verify raw materials, in-process production, and finished products across dimensional, electrical, mechanical, and reliability criteria.
